7/1/09 - Watch out for Copybots

Some nice individuals just informed me of my CWS System being copied and given away free. Dustin Boxen - has copied the studio - arggg - BUT at least the scripts are safe. So all people are getting is a nice primmy paperweight lol! It pissed me off but I was more pissed off for people who make items that have no scripts - so they are not even slightly protected. They were also nice enough to inform me that the Region Caribbean Isle has been getting copybotted for a while now. I have gone ahead and contacted Linden Labs about this - but I wanted to warn you :(

6/30/09 - Ticket Vids & Support Tickets

Moving to our support ticket system has been WONDERFUL! Not only for me but for you! I have been receiving a lot of positive feedback on it and I have decided to ramp up what I have been doing. As many of you know the BEST way to get a hold of ME personally is filling out a support ticket. Normally I get it handled within 3 hours for posts during the day - else within 24 hours for tickets issues at like 3am hehe.

Well I have decided to expand the support tickets into "Ticket Vids". This new section is located under the "Video Tutorial" section under "Support". What is located here are YOUR personal tickets I have created videos for :D Not everyone will need a video created - BUT - I think anytime I need to come in world and check on a specific studio will be a great help not only to the person asking the question but also for the community.

6/18/09 - User Area

Work has begun on the 'User Area' section of the site - finally! After logging in you will be directly ported to the user area page. After that you can re-visit it by clicking on the 'User Area' link under the 'Home' tab. Also say thanks to Erik for helping me clean out all the damn spammers. They clogged up the forum - such a pain in the a$$! Hopefully we have found a way to keep them in check without having to approve each registration by hand.

5/12/09 - Texture Packs

Hey all back again and the semester is finally over - YAY! With that said I'm working on new Texture Packs that should be in the store within the week. Visit our Texture Artist page to see some of the new artists and learn a bit about them till we release these fab packs.

5/5/09 - Finals and Things

It's that wonderful time of year again - no not summer FINAL EXAMS *runs and hides under a rock* I'll be gone trying to study and pass through the fire till Monday. I'll be keeping my eye on the support tickets and forum but I will not be able to to go in-world. So please use the ticket system for support and I will be happy to help you :) Any in-world help will be forwarded to my Customer Service Reps if necessary.

4/12/09 - New Site Layout & Ticket System

Sorry for the mess online, we are working on setting up a new layout for the website. I got a lot of feedback for what people would like to see on the site. In response we are adding a lighter looking theme for the site as well as making quick links to important pages. Also for those of you who have not seem our new Support Center please check it out!I have gone ahead and acquired a ticket system to better streamline customer support, we will be moving to this system in full by the end of the month - hopefully. This way we can better establish content to help our customers and clients - even while we are out of world.

3/29/09 - CWS Update and More

It is finally here! That's right I have finally been able to complete the user guide and get the new update of our popular CWS System! Not only that but design a new store front - all while studying and taking mid-terms! Been busy as you may see but more is to come! The prop/pose ball rezzer is coming along nicely and it should be out in stores soon! New textures packs for the system have also been created and are on sale on the 3rd floor of our main store (near the rezzed studio). 

3/27/09 - Joomla and Customer Service

Hey once more all! After trying to find away to better store and provide support materials I have spent the greater part of the past 2 weeks getting the website equipped with Joomla and organizing information. I hope with the new system everyone will be able to access support materials even faster and in easier to read formats. I am VERY please to welcome Levy on board as our newest customer service rep! She is here to answer any and all support questions you may have as well as provide me with new ideas to better service the community. 

1/17/09 - New Web Design

Hey everyone! Pardon the mess as we transfer over to a new web style. We are creating an account section to help support web enabled products in world. In other news it's that time of year... Spring Semester. As always I will plan my in-world time based on my class schedule, but this year we will be implementing new support via the web and new service reps. My appointments will still need to be in advanced and spaces are always limited. Plans are being made for an in-world photography contest. More information will be publish as details unfold
